Sources from the Coptic Orthodox Church announced that Pope Shenouda was in good health after he fainted on Thursday due to fatigue. The sources reported that Pope Shenouda was in Alexandria and was performing all his duties as normal.
In a related context, the Coptic Orthodox Church is getting ready to celebrate Coptic Christmas festive mass on the evening of January 6. Invitations have been sent to public figures and politicians. Dr. Tharwat Bāsīlī, Deputy of the Coptic Orthodox Community Council was assigned to receive the prominent figures in the mass.
