- To the Egyptian government: we need to take serious decisions to overcome bureaucratic procedures and put an end to issues related to sectarian fitnah. We should start immediately to take decisions that can save society from the repetition of such accidents.
- To the Minister of the Interior: it is important to re-examine the file of the Muslim – Christian relations. It is important to change the culture of rejecting the ‘other’.
- To the Minister of Justice: we need to enforce the concept of justice. It is justice that if quickly applied in a way can preserve the rights of the victims.
- To the Governor of Qena: you are not to be solely blamed for what happened in Naj‘ Hammādī just because you are a Christian Egyptian. Such accidents happen in other governorates as well. However, you should show people your efforts in order not to be accused of being negative.
- To the civil society: your role should be developed in a way that allows you to be more efficient in society and to help more in controlling sectarian problems.
