“The Muslim Brotherhood does not ask more than what the Copts demand, which is applying the Sharī‘ah” the author says.

 

“We hear the Pope and several priests and enthusiastic Christians demand the application of Christian Sharī‘ah,” he adds.

 

“When the court issued a verdict forcing the Church to accept the second marriage, the Pope rejected it, asserting that the issue regards our God, not the head of the court and will never apply the verdict because it violates the Christian Sharī‘ah,” the author noted.
