 The author states that Dr. Ahmad al-Tayīb, shaykh of the Azhar, announces that he'll add some subjects to the Azhar such as Hebrew, Persian and Turkish.

On the other hand, he criticizes the teachers who don't regularly attend the Azhar. He also asks the shaykhs to keep their prestige. He says that he'll fight cheating.
