He attacks the father as he kept silent regarding the rumors of his wife's kidnapping, whatever his knowledge of the real story. On the other hand, he blamed the father for not telling the truth and taking part in Coptic demonstrations, and allowing Copts to spread the rumor everywhere. Furthermore, the author questions why the fugitive wife kept silent and did not announce publically the reason for her escape. The author believes that the father and his wife's silence caused a sectarian dispute as Copts accused Muslims of kidnapping the lady; however it was a normal marital problem.
