In his interview with al-Misrī al-Yawm, Sa'd al-Dīn Ibrāhīm, head of the Ibn Khaldūn Center, said that the Muslim Brotherhood are a powerful alternative to the ruling regime on condition that it enforces a complete civil state.
He called on the Egyptian people to support al-Barad'ī, al-Sayyd al-Badawī, Ayman Nūr and Usāmah al-Ghazālī Harb for they are real liberal democratic figures.
Ibrāhīm asserted that his center receives foreign funds, pointing out that the government also receives foreign funds.
