 The author states that Munsif Sulayman, the Orthodox Church's representative in the Justice Committee, announced that Pope Shenouda accepted all the items of the status law project for non-Muslims.

For his part, Soliman refused to talk about inserting adoption in the project, saying that he hasn't the right to talk about this item.
