The author makes a comparison between the United States of America and Egypt in the field of religious tolerance. He states that the U.S.A. allowed Muslims build a mosque at a cost of 100 million dollars, despite the opposition of many assemblies.
On the contrary, the author finds that Egypt treat Christians in a manner that is demeaning, pointing to the governor of Minia who is standing in the way of building the destroyed church of Maghāghah.
