Under the title “A call for Discussion and Dialogue away from Muslim and Christian Fanatics – The problem of Islamization of Christians and Chritianization of Muslims To live in peace,” Nabīl Luqā Bibāwī released his new book which deals with the critical issue of conversion.

The book stresses that all Egyptian constitutions from 1823 up until present day stress the freedom of faith and that all Egyptians are equal before the law. Bibāwī points out the existence of some Western organization that support the conversion of Muslims to Christianity and on the other hand, some organizations in the Gulf that aim at converting Christians to Islam. Bibāwī states that such organizations which rely on fanatics on both sides threaten the welfare of Egypt.
