 The author states that Dr. Ahmed Diaa al-Dein, the governor of Minia, refused the bishop of Maghagha's suggestions concerning the solution to the crisis, confirming his persistence on the items of last 17th of March. From his side, Bishop Aghathon stated that the negotiation with the governor reached a dead-end street seeing as how every party insists on their own opinion.
