Head of The National Election Monitoring Alliance, Hafez Abū Sicdah, said that they have assigned one hundred and twenty organizations specialized in different areas to monitor different aspects of the upcoming parliamentary elections. He added that districts with Coptic candidates, ministers, and members of opposing parties will meet the most scrutiny. The Human Rights Center for the Assistance of Prisoners refused to monitor because it believes forgery is inevitable.
