After that an MB figure called Bishop Bisanti to look into the possibility of dialogue with Coptic youths. Bishop Bisanti asked Bishop Mūsá, bishop of youths, who asked some of the Coptic youth. The youth refused.

From his side, Pope Shenouda held a meeting with a number of bishops, during which Bishop Bisanti asked the Pope to conduct an opinion poll on Coptic youth from all governorates to ask them whether or not they want a dialogue with the MB. Pope Shenouda refused the request.
