Dr. Muhammad Badī, the Muslim Brotherhood Murshid (Guide), called on Copts to join the group's Freedom and Justice Party, asserting that the new party is not confined to Muslims.
Meanwhile, Dr. Muhammad Gamāl, a member of the MB's Shūrá (Consultative) Council, said the party is not against nomination of women or Copts in the presidential elections.
