Shaykh Jamāl Qutb, a Muslim preacher, believes that Dār al-Iftā' (Ifta House) should be canceled or changing it to be a department affiliated to the Azhar.
He added that all religious institutions should be under the Azhar University.
He severely criticized the former regime and the State Security Agency. "In order for imāms to obtain better positions, they had to cooperate with the agency."
