Minister of Endowments, Muhammad Mukhtār Jum’ah, has met a number of Nūr Party leaders including the president of Nūr Party, Yūnis Makhyūn, and Dr. Muhammad Ibrāhīm Mansūr to discuss the “Preaching law” that has led to prohibiting Salafi preachers from giving sermons. 
A leader in al- Da’wah al- Salafiah has revealed the details of the discussions that took place during the past two days between the Da’wah al- Salafiah shaykhs concerning not having until now licenses from the Ministry of Endowments allowing them to preach in mosques.
The Nūr Party has criticized Dr. Muhammad Mukhār Jum’ah, Minister of Endowments, for implementing the law that prevents non- Azharites from giving sermons in mosques.  
Dr. Yūnus Makhyūn, head of the Nūr Party, stated that the hatred of the Egyptian people to the Muslim Brotherhood has been reflected on Hamas. 
Sources within al- Da’wah al- Salafiah reveal that the Ministry of Endowments told leading members with the body that it will not issue them any preaching permits before they completely resign from the political and partisan sphere.
