In his first decision in 2020 Pope Tawādrūs II appointed Rev. Monk Kīrillus al-Anba Bīshūy as director for his office and responsible for any correspondence with the official agencies of the state. Bishop Bīshūy will also communicate with the archbishops, the bishops and the parishes.
